Good evening! As you may have already guessed, I'm gwen.
I'm currently in my twenties and originally from Belgium. I’m quite an inquisitive person and love learning and experiencing new things. When I’m reading a book/ watching a movie and something unfamiliar (to me) is mentioned, I either grab my phone and look up the meaning/ story behind it or write it down in my notes to Google search it later on.
I love eating, traveling near/ far, trying out new things, reading and going for the occasional run. Oh and not to forget that I'm currently upping my plant-game (my room is nearly a jungle).
When I was in high school it took me a while to figure out what I wanted to do. In 2015 I began my bachelor in communication management, with a specialisation in marketing. During those three years I learned about communication, content creation, marketing and PR. Characteristic of this bachelor is the hands on experience, I got the chance to apply and practice my knowledge in the field during two internships (Alice Bown and The Kube).
In 2018 I started my second bachelor, bachelor Devine (digital design and development) at the The Royal Academy of Fine Arts (KASK) and the Royal Conservatory. I’ve always been interested in communication and the visual /interactive aspect of it. Design and development - among other - make it possible to share your message in a versatile and interesting way. In my final year I followed the (creative) development-expert course and graduated while in Amsterdam for my front-end development internship at Momkai.
